The Broadview, originally built as a hotel, is a six-floor building with an elevator. All floors are co-ed. This is a four-class dorm with about 70 first-year students.

Mostly singles, carpeted, with private bath (most have showers, some have tubs), ranging from 8.5’ X 14.5’ to 14.5’ X 16’.
