UChicago’s Official Housing & Residence Life Newsletter 12.05.2023

Winter Break

Residence halls are closed for winter break (12 PM, Saturday, December 9 – 8 AM, Monday, January 1). Students are required to make their own housing arrangements during the above period as very limited on-campus housing is available during the break period.

Students returning to on-campus housing for Winter Quarter do not need to remove all belongings from their housing assignment, rather only need to take those items they require over the break period.

Happy Holidays from the Office of Sustainability!

“See if you can spot the first four all electric E-Transits to join the University fleet driving around campus. Read more about this transition.”
