PERSONAL PROPERTY INSURANCE

PROTECING YOUR BELONGINGS

Protecting your personal belongings while living on campus is an important, yet often overlooked consideration. While we strive to provide a safe and secure living environment, UChicago assumes no responsibility or liability for personal property that may be lost, damaged, or stolen. This includes incidents such as fire, theft, flooding, vandalism, or similar events. Students are strongly encouraged to consider personal property insurance to safeguard their belongings and provide financial peace of mind.
