All students living on campus are required to subscribe to a meal plan. New students are required to subscribe to the Unlimited Meal Plan, while returning & visiting students are assigned to the default meal plan that corresponds to their room type, but may change their plan during designated change periods. 2023-2024 Meal Plan Rates

• New Students (regardless of residence hall and/or room type)
  • Unlimited Meal Plan: $7,500.00 (annual) | $2,500.00 (quarter)
• Returning & Visiting Students (single and double occupancy room default plan)
  • Unlimited Meal Plan: $7,500.00 (annual) | $2,500.00 (quarter)
• Returning & Visiting Students (apartment default plan)
  • Apartment Meal Plan: $5,316.00 (annual) | $1,772.00 (quarter)
• Meal plan charges are billed per quarter. The rates above reflect the per student charge. All meal plan inquiries should be directed to UChicago Dining.
