HOUSE TRADITIONS

Each House in our residential system boasts its own unique traditions that help define its identity and culture. From special dinners to House mascots and t-shirts, these traditions cultivate a sense of belonging and pride among House members.

Scav Hunt: An epic annual event where Houses compete in a four-day scavenger hunt, filled with creativity, camaraderie, and spirited competition.

Kuviasungnerk/Kangeiko (Kuvia): A week-long winter festival involving unique traditions such as yoga, calisthenics, and a jump into Lake Michigan!

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

We host a variety of activities that cater to diverse interests, promoting student engagement and community building.

Study Breaks: Regularly scheduled breaks from study to engage with fellow House members, involving snacks, conversations, and relaxation.

House Olympics: A series of competitions and challenges among the Houses, promoting healthy competition and teamwork.

Formal Dinners and Teas: Elegant, catered events that allow students to socialize, engage with faculty, and enjoy gourmet meals together.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & VOLUNTEERING
