We can assist with reserving amenities like classroom and event space, recreational center rentals, and library access. With a streamlined contract and a detailed, consolidated bill after your conference, we make the entire process hassle-free.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The University of Chicago provides options to fit the various housing needs of our Summer Conference guests. Each conference group will be assigned a Residence Hall based on availability and the needs of that group. Please click the links below to find out more information about each Residence Hall, as they all provide different styles of accommodation. Housing accommodations are available for Summer Conference guests June 11th – August 31st, 2025.

PLANNING
- Provide consultation on registration deadlines
- Lead pre-conference campus site tours for conference staff
- Offer resources on attractions and services for conference guests
ON-SITE COORDINATION
- Provide a coordinator for your conference that serves as your main contact for all of the campus services and facilities
- Make all reservations for campus lodging on campus
- Arrange for participants to have meals at UChicago Dining facilities
- Work with UChicago Catering for refreshment breaks, boxed meals, and catering banquets, as well as assist with customized menu selections
- Create a photo ID for each participant allowing them to have access to the Residence Hall, dining facility, recreation center, and library
- Reserve function spaces and classroom spaces across campus
- Make reservations for campus recreational facilities and library use
- Coordinate parking reservations
